Driven by a deep passion for educational equity and innovation, Rohit Tandon is dedicated to empowering organizations with strategic solutions that create measurable and lasting impact for students, educators, and communities nationwide. With over 25 years of experience in corporate and education strategy, Rohit specializes in leading large-scale, mission-driven initiatives that expand access, equity, and success for learners at all levels. His expertise spans postsecondary education, K-12 policy, philanthropy, and cross-sector partnerships, with a proven ability to align stakeholders, secure funding, and deliver scalable solutions that address systemic challenges to create sustainable change. Throughout his career, Rohit has successfully led national programs that have expanded educational access for underserved communities and developed scalable models to increase diversity in higher education faculty. These efforts have resulted in securing multimillion-dollar funding and forging strategic partnerships with leading educational institutions and organizations. Before founding PrastaraED, Rohit served as Principal at edBridge Partners, where he played a pivotal role in helping K-12 and higher education institutions, membership organizations, and philanthropic foundations achieve their missions and improve student outcomes. His experiences prior to that include senior leadership roles at The College Board, PBS/WNET, Deutsche Bank, Charles Schwab, and Jupiter Media Metrix. Rohit holds an MBA in International Management with honors from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Rohit is also a recognized expert and speaker at national education conferences.
